ASC welcomes enquiries for the manufacture of bespoke client CNC machined components where there is STRICTLY NO IP or COPYRIGHT infringements made or uncontrolled sole distribution agreements in place. 

Please note that where IP or Copy Right does exist, full legal ownership MUST be demonstrated through owners copies of their application approval documentation.

On clearing legal right of way and under a very strict and controlled NDA agreement, our engineers will methodically gather your FULL PMPspecifications, including full  manufacturing documentation, detailed material requirements (unless supplied by client), component data sheets, unit finish specification, supporting photographs, SOP’s and manufacturing visual aids where available. 

This ensures 1st off ASC samples are ‘right first time’ and no further samples or testing is required to achieve design specification. Then with your approval we’ll electronically transfer to our Asian supplier (also under NDA) for initial design consultation leading to 1st off pricing. 

Once price acceptance is agreed, the 

sample(s) are constructed in 2-3 weeks depending on material structure (and guided by an ASC engineer through on site supervision). Once completed the sample(s) can then either be express airfreighted to the UK adding a further 1 week to sample(s) lead time or shipped sea freight adding a further 4 weeks. During manufacture of more complex PMP units it may be required that a client engineer be present on site during final build stage.

Your target price is also needed for ASC evaluation to determine cost savings prior to any production works or sourcing is carried out.
